PYLE CENTER SIMULCAST INFORMATION
& REGISTRATION

Due to the limited seating in the lecture hall at Monona Terrace and an anticipated increased interest in the symposium this year, we are again planning to offer the option of attending a remote simulcast of the entire meeting at the Pyle Center on campus if it appears that demand warrants. The Pyle Center is a state-of-the-art conference facility on Langdon Street next to the Red Gym and Memorial Union, with meeting rooms equipped and ideally configured for videoconferencing. Pyle Center attendees will see and hear the entire symposium, receive all symposium materials, enjoy refreshments at each break, and will be on their own for lunch both days. There will be a significantly reduced registration fee to attend the Pyle Center simulcast, as noted below:

UW Professional $30
UW Students/Trainees $20
Non-UW Professional $50
Non-UW Students/Trainees $40 

MD CME Credit Letter $25

Given its convenient on-campus location, the Pyle Center may in fact be a more desirable option for some UW faculty, staff and students, especially those with class commitments or other conflicts overlapping with symposium time slots.

In addition, if you request registration for the symposium at Monona Terrace but are advised you are on the waitlist, you may wish to register for the Pyle Center simulcast. You will still retain your position on the Monona Terrace waitlist and will have the option of moving to Monona Terrace should openings become available.
