The HealthEmotions Research Institute has rooms held at three fine Madison hotels, each within easy walking distance of the Monona Terrace Convention Center and downtown Madison. Attendees (except Travel Award winners) are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

Please note that room demand is high in Madison in April. Rooms in the reserved blocks will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and rates will expire between March 15 – 19; please make reservations before those dates. Be sure to request a room from the HealthEmotions Research Institute/Symposium Meeting.
