All registration fees must be paid in advance for admittance to the Symposium. No one will be admitted who has not paid in advance or at the door.
Registration Refunds and Cancellations
To receive a full refund, cancellation must be received by March 28, 2008
Cancellation between dates of March 29 and April 4, 2008 will receive a 50% refund
No refunds will be given after April 4, 2008
Simulcast registration fees will automatically be refunded to those waitlisted registrants granted access to onsite participation.
