Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center
Madison’s Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center has hosted the WI Symposium on Emotion for each of the past ten years and will again be home for this year’s meeting. The Terrace is a beautiful and natural space for the Symposium. Attendees’ throuroughly enjoy the Frank Lloyd Wright design, the unique meeting space, outstanding service and sweeping lakesides views.
The symposium scientific program will be presented in the Center’s Lecture Hall, and the general attendance luncheon will be held each day on the Grand Terrace overlooking the Lake. Additionally, Monona Terrace has state-of-the-art technical support, including the availability of WiFi computer access.

Climate
April is early Spring in Madison and the weather is generally on the cool side, with an average temperature of 56 degrees F. The weather is usually pleasant and occasional rainfall is possible. Dress is casual.
